Return Process

Securely pack your REDMAGIC device, including the original box, charging cables, and any promotional items, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Send your package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe arrival and processing.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
